We accept several methods to facilitate our local and international clients:

Bank Cards: Visa and Mastercard. Service activation is instant and automatic.
Local Bank Transfers: We accept direct deposits to major banks in Kosovo (Raiffeisen Bank, ProCredit Bank, BKT, TEB, etc.).
PayPal: For our diaspora clients and international customers (Automatic activation).
Western Union / MoneyGram: For international transfers if you do not have a credit card.

Payments made via e-Banking (or physically at bank branches like Raiffeisen, ProCredit, etc.) require manual verification. To speed up the activation of your Web Hosting or Domain, please send the payment slip (screenshot or photo) to billing@hostinkos.com or open a ticket via the Client Area, mentioning your invoice number.

Activation time depends on the chosen payment method:

Credit Card / PayPal: Our system processes and activates the service automatically within seconds. cPanel details are sent to your email.
Bank Transfer (Kosovo): Activation occurs as soon as your payment slip is verified by our finance team (usually takes less than 10 minutes during working hours).

Yes! We are confident in the quality of our services in Pristina and globally. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all Shared Web Hosting plans.

*Note: Domain registrations (.com, .al, .ks, etc.) are non-refundable, as they are paid immediately to the global central registry upon registration.
